All formal operations and representations are conducted through its Authorized Member and Registered Agent, Jordan D. Altenburg, as recorded with the Florida Secretary of State.
Nothing communicated by or on behalf of Pervasive LLC constitutes legal, financial, investment, tax, or professional advice of any kind, unless explicitly established under a separate written engagement or service agreement. All parties are encouraged to seek independent qualified professional counsel for their specific circumstances.
Only Jordan D. Altenburg, designated as Authorized Member (AMBR) and Registered Agent, has the authority to formally bind Pervasive LLC in contracts, agreements, or official representations. No other individual may act on behalf of the Company without explicit written authorization from the Authorized Member.
All materials, trade names, branding, documentation, and proprietary information associated with Pervasive LLC are the exclusive property of the Company or its authorized licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Company.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pervasive LLC, its authorized member, registered agent, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from any business interaction, reliance on Company materials, or communication made on behalf of the Company.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Broward County, Florida.
